To learn more about Body Transformations or to get started on your journey you will need a consultation. Consults are required to begin the program. It’s a meeting between myself Christopher Miller and you, to go over your goals and to discuss what to expect from the program once you start.

If you would like a nutritional guide included with your training package there is an additional fee of $50 due at the time of the consultation. Consults last approximately 30 minutes.
