Training Sessions

Individual Sessions
  • One Session per Week $50
  • Two Sessions per Week $80
*This is the recommended option for anyone just starting out. You may add more sessions at any time. Two or more sessions per week is $40 per session.

Group sessions are offered. Please contact us for more information.

 

**All Sessions are 30 Minutes. Once your 1st session is completed, a nutritional guide is provided based on your goals. All Active Clients have access to the gym. Gym memberships are not available at this time.
